scrolling and control issues that are only in apocripha...help please

Hi All

I was hoping somebody can shed some light on some problems i was having with the new Dragonborn DLC.
Warning - may be spoilers ahead....(probably wont be but better safe than sorry http://static.zenimax.com/forums.bethsoft.com/public/style_emoticons/default/smile.png )

Right so ive got to the point where you start the "Gardner of men" quest and enter aprocripha. Up until this point i have had no problems.

When i enter aprocripha i can only scroll my view left or right, i cant look up or down, i cant access my menu when i press tab i cant change the spells or look into the inventory and i keep going in and out of first person and third person view for the first few seconds then its first person view (which is my default) but if i draw a weapon i can hear the sound but there is no corresponding view on the screen ie of my weapon or hands nor can i hit anything.

I have loaded past saves, verified my games files with steam, disabled mods that i thought may have interfeared (SKSE and SkyUI), and updated my drivers to the latest Nvidia beta ones all to no effect.

 

I then formated my machines and reloaded everything from scratch and started from a savegame from before i even started dragonborn to no effect. The game works fine in all other locations when i load past saves, its just this location.

 

I asked the guys over at the Bethesda forums about a week ago now and nobody has replied, not even to say sorry mate we dont know, i even called on somebody from Bethesda to comment, again met with total silence, its almost as if im talking to myself over there.

 

As it is i cant play any further, and im begining to get fustrated.

My system is as below;
CPU - Intel i7 980x
Motherboard - Asus Rog X58
RAM - 12Gb corsair dominator 2000mhz
Hard Drives- OS on Vertex 2 120gb SSD
Game on 2nd Vertex 2 120 gb SSD
Graphics - Nvidia GTX 690 Quad SLI
Nvidia GTX 460 Physx
Windows 7 Pro 64bit
Drivers - Nvidia Beta 313.96 then changed to latest whql ones
Can anybody please help?
