Perraith
Anyone? Bump bump. I'd very much appreciate any help on this. Even if the only answer is "reinstall Skyrim". I don't want to try fixing something that is broken in a way that I don't know. Brief recap: Old Skyrim - Mods showed up in Data Files button. Mods worked. Updated Skyrim - Mods don't show up in Data Files, Mods don't work/exist/execute. Mod installer used: WinRAR. Nave never had an issue with it before. Julicus
Hey Perraith I figured it out. I had to completely uninstall all mods plus NMM. When you reinstall it, it asks you were you want the mods to go, For some reason NMM was putting them into a mods folder which is not were they are suppose to be. So I redirected it to the data folder and they work now.

I really was concerned about doing a full reinstall (only to find that - probably - wouldn't have even fixed whatever was going wrong) Thanks again! Update: All's well that ends well. I have my mods (most of them) showing up in the Data Files now. Had to reinstall like you said. It turns out whatever that update was it no longer allows me to load mods into Skyrim with WinRAR. It's very strange. However I can unzip them with WinRAR and then use NNM to install and activate them. Nothing appears to change in the Data folder of my ...Common\Skyrim\Data folder either way. So whatever is happening that makes a difference between WinRAR and NMM is happening behind the scenes. But oh well. Mods are back in the game so I'm happy!
