Trying to add custom armor, texture wont apply, forearms gone, and the

[Gwyvern]

Trying to add some custom gauntlets, thought everything was going well until this:

 

unfortunately the tutorial i was following was made before the creation kit, and his example was just a helmet.

 

i am honestly stuck here, thanks for any feedback.

FIXED: the BS shader properties were improper, i went into nifscope and replaced them with shader properties from existing armor and then modified the texture info to suit my purposes, then everything worked fine.
