Unable to loot draugr corpses

So basically, I'm trying to finish the Forbidden Legend quest but I am unable to loot/search/carry any draugr corpses. Including Draugr, Restless Draugr, Draugr Wight, etc. and most importantly, Sigdis Gauldurson whom I need to loot to get the amulet fragment.

I have tried reloading past saves, exiting and re-entering the dungeon, using different methods to kill draugr, shouting at the draugr corpses but nothing has worked.

I would also like to point out that I can't loot ANY Draugr corpses, even the ones outside the dungeon. I can loot the ashes if I use a conjuration spell to revive them.

It's the PC version of Skyrim with the latest update and the Dawnguard and Dragonborn DLCs installed. I am also using the unofficial Skyrim patch (including the ones for Dawnguard and Dragonborn)

I noticed this bug when I had Spell Breaker and Mace of Molag Bal equipped. I killed a sleeping Draugr while it was getting up using the mace. I couldn't loot it or any of the other Draugr.
