3rd Person POV - Sunk in Terrain

Hey all,

 

So I've loaded up my game after doing a fresh installation with a new mod load order... only to find that shortly after starting a game (maybe 30-45 minutes in) that my character's 3rd person POV becomes "sunken" in whatever terrain I'm in. 1st person still works, but this issue is just too much to deal with for investing all the time I did in building this load order. Any help the community could provide that might point me to the culprit would be much appreciated!
