MorganKnives Posted October 4, 2020 Share Posted October 4, 2020 Hi there, hoping you can help me. I've been using Vortex for some time (currently on version 1.3.11.0) without issue until today. Attempting to start the program brings up the window but it stays on "Loading extensions" - even when I walk away for over an hour. Restarting the computer did not help. Nothing to lose - and it is pretty quick.Only time I have ever had anything even vaguely similar was when I had a crash and Vortex could not get around a left-over lock file. MorganKnives Posted October 5, 2020 Author Share Posted October 5, 2020 Ok, I'm not sure what exactly did it but uninstalling, moving the AppData folder, confirming the UAC settings, reinstalling, and moving the AppData back seems to have resolved it.
