Exploding bullet-is Destruction Data enough?

Hi, I am using Geck, trying to cause a 32. Cal bullet explode on impact and I was wondering if editing the destruction data was enough. Am I way off?

I usually just edit the projectile data I find that much easier. There is a little file called projectile in the geck that you can edit if you didn't already know.

 

Ok sorry about this question, because I'm new at this too, but doesn't destruction data only affect items when they are destroyed?

Yeah, destruction data is for the actual item being shot/blown up. So if you edit it, the main thing you're going to do is make the ammo box itself destructible. The projectile data-explosion properties is where you edit the actual effects that the bullet has on impact/in flight.
