Skyrim SE mods won't load

Hi!

Veteran Skyrim player here, used to Nexus Mod Manager and Skyrim (Oldrim) mods...everything worked well.

Now I want to play SE and installed Vortex and some mods, but nothing shows up in the game. I installed the mods and enabled them, then I deployed them. Nothing appears in the game.
I was asked for some folders and let Vortex suggest them. Skyrim SE is installed on D:\Games\Steam etc....
The mod folder is D:\Vortex mods...is this the problem? The mod directory in skyrim is empty.

EDIT Nevermind, seems to work now. All I had to do was to run SKSE loader.exe instead of Skyrim.exe. :)
