Problem identifiing a mod causeing fog around lakes

I am having a very hard time figuring out what mod has added fog around some of the lakes.. for example just outside of riverwood while heading to whiterun and at the bridge leading to Ivvarstead.. the fog is rediculusly thick and I cant even see through it and its crazy high up as well.. and no I DO NOT have "supreme and volumetric fog". that is the only mod I can really think of that adds the fog around lakes and its only from 4am to 7am.. the fog I have appears in the middle of the day at say 4pm in perfectly sunny weather. It is not very nice to look at its REALLY ugly and annoying... heres my mod list if anyone can give me a hand it would be much appreciated.

Only thing I can tell,would be climates of tamriel,it enhances weather system,and could be part of the cause.Anything else you tweaked can change weather as well.

i havent made any ini tweaks and climates of tamriel doesn't add fog like that. i think it might be clarilux but if it is than im just uninstalling that mod because if he seriously added that much fog as "SMOKE" from the braziers on the bridge than i am just done with that mod.. like god i walk into places sometimes and 200 torches explode from the ground where only one is supposed to be like how the f*#@ is it fked up so bad honestly

it was clarilux -_- i dont understand why anyone would add ugly mass amounts of fog like that to the game it just looks terrible. and besides clarilux is supposed to be a lighting mod that adds lightposts and stuff not fog.
