LE Player home Solstheim

Hi, I was wondering if someone could add some more stuff to the player home in Solstheim.

 

Requirements:

* Children's room ( and obviously so that they can live there. )

* Staff enchanter from Tel Mithryn

* 4 mannequins

* Imbuing Chamber

* Teleportation map

* Labeled storage ( safe, no re spawn )

* Decoration glued in place.

* Garden

* House marker

* Oven

* Dragon Priest Mask head busts

I'd be really glad to see how to make children able to live at certain house.

As I am making "DLC patch", that mixes and matches DLC's a bit, improves vendor sale lists etc,
And also, would allow children to move into Raven Rock.
However, currently it's a bit mystery to me how it's done and how big edits I need to do to achieve that.
