Disappearing pickaxe ?

Hi after everytime i F5 and save my game my Pickaxe disappears from my inventory ?? Any help on this most gratefully accepted .

I only have one option checked for the timescale and the scarcity loot and merchant mods so they're not conflicting with eachother.

This appears to be caused by Passive Weapon Enchantment Recharging.
