please somebody make a balanced energy sniper rifle

I find a few around, but they are either bugged or are grossly overpowered...could someone just take a sniper rifle add the laser effects to it and give it stats similar to the unique sniper rifle.

 

and give it to someone like tulip or someone for like 1200 dollars.

 

i tried myself but couldnt find the right file to extract with the fomm for the model :(

 

i'm pure energy so I am getting really bored of the wazer wifle that i'v had since level 2

There are not many new models for laser weapons, mainly remakes which don't appear that thrilling IMHO, but there's what gets closest to your wish, (http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=2213) if you like the appearance and want to balance it, download the GECK, click FILE - Data in the left upper corner, look for the esp you unpacked into your data folder and set it as active file, load, the you got the category weapons, click, 2handrifles, click, find the "laser rifle prototype old" or similar, right click - edit, and change the stats to your liking, don't forget to save and have fun.
