Lakeview Manor - Main Hall Missing Floor and Ceiling

I've been running this particular game for about two weeks, and added a couple of mods mid-play (right - bad idea...)

I have most of the Lakeview Manor complete (Main Hall, Cellar, Bedrooms, Kitchen, Trophy Room), aside from a few odd bits of furniture.

I paid a visit to spouse, kid and steward just before diving into the Dawnguard quest line and everything was lovely. Kid happy, steward doing her thing, spouse informing me that she *really* wanted to go fight something - all the usual...

So. After finishing Bloodline, I paid another visit home, only to find that both the floor and ceiling of the main hall were gone - just open to the void. All the other rooms seem fine.

I did a quick search of the forums and elsewhere to see if this had been reported/resolved elsewhere and didn't see it. If I've missed something obvious, mea culpa and please point me in the right direction... But I digress.

I tried loading an earlier save, as well as quitting/restarting the game. No joy.

I just got started on the Dawnguard questline after completing the main quest; I'd dismissed my spouse/follower before starting Bloodline. This was my first visit back "home" after doing so. I interrupted a bandit raid and got the ransom note to rescue her (Mjol) when I arrived.

Any ideas on how to just get the floor and ceiling back via the console? I'd rather not build elsewhere (I like the site - what can I say?). I also have some valuable bits of loot stuck in containers that I can't reach without falling into infinity....

 

Any thoughts?

 

Absolute worst case, is boarding up and moving the crew elsewhere - but I'm hoping there's a way to just get my floor back. I can live without a ceiling, but the floor is sorta basic.
