CTD random when enter town/house/building/etc.

basically my game will crash when i switch cells, its not all the time, but it is quite unpredictable, i cant keep playing a game living in fear -.- cant enjoy it that way, please help! im new to fourms in general so bear with me as i try to give you my specs and mod list.. i do use boss and have wyre bash installed but i dont know whats its for or how to use it, i use skse, attk loader, skyboost, and HiAlgoBoost FPS Performance Accelerator 2.

 

Processor: AMD A4-3400 APU with Radeon HD Graphics 2.70 GHz, 64 bit Operating System, 4.00 GB, it says (3.49) usable, im not sure what that means
