2 issues

Ok, numbers 1, my game is constantly CTDing. But it's strange, usually I'll get a "This program has stopped responding" message, but instead the game will just close. I can't find any pattern to it. I'll just be playing and the game just closes itself... Today I accidentaly opened up the world map right before it decided to crash, and instead of closing completley, the window just got minimized.

 

2nd, it seems to take an awfully long time for events to trigger. I'll walk up to an NPC and he'll take several seconds before he says anything to me. Or if I kill a dragon, nothing will happen for a while, and then I'll absorb it's soul... But I'll just see the animation, it'll still take quite a bit longer before the game tells me that I have a dragon soul.
