warriorpoetex Posted February 18, 2013 Share Posted February 18, 2013 Anyone know what can cause random NPC script problems, such as Camilla leaving the Riverwood Trader to escort you to the edge of town. She exits, points and then tries to move and just hangs near the entrance .. sometimes a few feet from it. I have all DLCs, reinstalled ... no mods on a fresh game to test. Still having the same problem ... noticed it first hand with some kids in Whiterun on an old save. NPCs seem to (at random) hang in their scripting ... sometime sprint pushing would edge em a bit further along it but they'd hang again after a quick moment. Even if starting out with vanilla, remnents of mod scripts are still there if mods were not uninstalled correctly, clean saving is usually the way to go but always check the mod author's instructions because there might be a way to completely disable a mod first then save so no parts of it are acting on ur game.
