Feature Request (optional file overwrite ini)

Mod creators should have an option to add an ini file to their mods so that when doing a deployment vortex can know which overwrites should be done from the get go against other mods that are not ESP/ESM based.

the ini file would be a simple file formated as

modid,loadafter
modid,loadbefore
modid,loadbefore
...

when there is a cycle detected, the user is given the option to fix manually.
and the mod creator can get a report so that he might attend to it if he so chooses.

if there is 2 mods that contradict each other (greedy mod creators)
then the user is given the choice.
