UberBender
There are about a million kinds of thorny vines that look like trama root. And Yellow carnations kinda look like Gold Kanet.
Malchik
You have to remember that the designers will have put together bits of different plant to make them seem original. Here are a couple more suggestions and I'll have another look at the list later. Fire lily - flowers are similar to Fuchsia, leaves like the Maidenhair Fern Spore pod is like any fern frond before it has opened. There is an edible kind that I have eaten in the US but I cannot remember the name. Mucksponge in its initial stages looks like a puffball fungus. Corkbulb root - leaves are rather like a pineapple, root may be a mandrake. Hope this helps.

Malchik
There is a website called simply Fungi Photos. I didn't have time to look at much of it but it has a longish list at the end with photos. I'm sure you'll find something there. Coprinus Domesticus seems like the violet coprinus to me.
tyjet3
Here is a site that has A LOT of morrowind plant pics. It has all ingredients and plant pics from Morrowind, Tribunal, and Bloodmoon. This might help... Morrowind Plant Pics Click on the ingredient you want and this gives both the picture of the item and the plant where it came from. This is a great list for other things too...
