Crash in the first dungeon

My game keeps crashing around one very specific point. In the last part of the dungeon, where one of the blades goes off and checks the route then tells Septim to follow and as soon as he gets on the stairs the game just crashes instantly without any message or log.

I've only started experimenting with what mods i want in my playthrough so it might be messy

An update.

ORE landmarks, part of the Oblivion Roleplaying Expansion has been the culprit of this problem. I spent last 6 hours on fixing this game. I hope someone saves himself with this post.
