Something still looks odd about your list....I don't think it's formatting properly. Maybe the forum is acting up again. Anyways, here's what I can tell you so far:

1) Cleaning: download TES5Edit from that link, follow the instructions on the page, and clean the plugins flagged by BOSS as containing 'dirty edits.' Make sure you remove identical to master entries as well as undelete/disable deleted references (this one is more important CTD prevention-wise).

2) Maintenance: go through the log and look for error messages, then attend to them. For example:

  Quote

oyal_daedric.esp Active

  • Bash Tag
    suggestion(s): {{BASH: Relev}}

This message informs you that you need a compatibility patch for that mod if you have Dawnguard. Go through the log to make sure I didn't miss any other error messages.

1nivWICCloaksNoGuards.esp Active
As noted by the mod description, do not use multiple optional plugins. You'll also need the compatibility patch for CoS and WiC.
In fact, since you are using a number of 'give more items to NPC' mods that edit leveled lists to distribute their items to respawning NPCs (e.g. Immersive Weapons, Cloaks of Skyrim, Winter is Coming, Omega's weapons/armour pack, etc.), you should download Wrye Bash to generate a Bashed Patch which will merge those conflicting leveled lists so the items will correctly spawn on NPCs.
3) Plugins not recognized by BOSS: after you run BOSS, they go to the bottom of the load order. They should not be allowed to load there. The reason is that they may contain conflicting records that override edits by other plugins in your load order, and thus causing issues. First, try disabling the unrecognized plugins. See if that solves your stamina issue. If it does, then you know one of those mods is responsible. But even if it doesn't fix the stamina issue, you should rearrange the load order position of those plugins based on whether they contain conflicting records with the other plugins in your load order. The only reliable way to do this, is to check out the esp's in TES5Edit and look for conflicts. If there are conflicts, you would need to decide which plugin should 'win' (plugins loaded later in the load order override conflicting records of plugins loaded earlier). If they don't contain conflicting records, then they can load anywhere. You should also clean the unrecognized plugins in TES5Edit as I noted in step 1). Since they are not recognized by BOSS, even if they contain 'dirty edits', BOSS would not be able to inform you because it has no information on these plugins.
Alternatively, you can just uninstall the mods not recognized by BOSS and not deal with the aggravation. Complete all the steps, then post back if it doesn't resolve the stamina drain bug.
