All I know is that it's mesh is called ingotetaxe.nif and that this was a weapon which you could throw using a power. It had a great animation and I was planning on adding it's animation and script to the 'Leviathan Axe' from God of War. The thing is I no longer have the mod. I must've deleted the mod archive, and all I have in my PC are the mesh and it's textures, and I was not able to find it on the nexus. I searched for the mod in more than 200 nexus pages now, but I was unable to find it. It might've came from a pack-type mod, not sure tho.
