CTD Related to Riften

Hello Nexus,

Having some trouble whenever I fast travel to Riften. If I try and fast travel directly to it, I CTD. If I fast travel to the stables outside I sometimes CTD and sometimes I do not. Then, after entering the city and walking around a bit, I'll CTD. I think it might be related to one of the texture packs but because they are all so widely used I figure it must be some sort of of conflict or load order problem.

I've made minimal changes to my ini file, the only one I can remember being adding the line needed to use the Nexus Community weapons pack. Any and all help is appreciated.
