Nifskope Problem - Armor Crashes Game

I took some Mods and mixed the Armors to get one new cool Armor for my private use. Though there are high clippings, I still enjoy playing with it.

But now I wanted to add a new part. But it (some throwing knifes) was part of a whole model, So i needed to add it complete and made the textures I do not want to see transparent with gimp.

However, there must be something that went wrong. Because since I added this, I cannot load my game, when I put the old file in, it works again.

So I hope here is some guy around who can help me. I would send him/her the files, as I cannot load them up because it consist of armorparts from different mods. It's only for my private use.
