Prefab Dungeons?

Is anyone out there distributing prefab dungeons, with all the level design and clutter in place? I have some ideas I think would be cool for quests but I'm finding that making my own dungeons is a PITA. And to be honest I'm not very creative when it comes to level design. If there aren't any out there, what tips do you guys have for creating custom dungeons? I tried copy-pasting parts of Vanilla Skyrim dungeons together but when I try to remove all the npcs and whatnot (scripts, navmesh, and activation stuff) the creation kit spews out a bunch of error messages about how those items are linked to quests and stuff. I don't want to break anything in the game, ya know?

You need more than just draugr-filled tunnels and rooms if you want anyone to play your mod.

Start off by just looking through the statics and picking a few that seem cool, then making your level based on those.

Shh, you'll give away the ending! But seriously, looking at some of the dungeons inluded in Skyrim, and Weezes dungeons, the level design alone must take up to a hundred hours. I guess I'll just have to keep working at it, the problem is my dungeons never look good ingame, they are just empty hallways and rooms with trash on the floor. They don't feel unique.

When i create dungeons I always think of a theme before i start - It helps me keep things on track

some ideas include

Half-sunken fort

Abandoned mead-hall

Ancient palace

Cave system which runs around a series of underground lakes/streams

A massive shaft

A lair of cannibals

It also helps to have a centra 'pool' of interesting statics as EnaiSiaion said
