[Help] Gender Swapping Armor Models Mod

I am working on a Female to Male/Male to Female armor swap mod [Just renaming files], what files are important to keep inorder to keep file size down?
As far as I can tell these are the file extensions.

.tex

.mrl3

.mod3

.ctc

.ccl

mostly asking because its starting to become very tedious to rename 1000+ files when im only on part 1 out of 5.
