I found a great mod tonight that allows you to marry certain people in the Dragonborn DLC, but you still have to travel all the way to Riften in order to have the wedding. I'd love to see a Temple of Mara somewhere in Solsteim, OR, maybe even some sort of wedding ceremony done at the Dunmer temple in Raven Rock.
