How to manually load armor?

When downloading armor packs for say, CBBE, or UNP, where do you go in game to get to them?

 

For instance, I downloaded "Remodeled Armor for CBBEv3M - Remodeled Armor 3_4" but when I go in game, nothing is changed. Not even the default Imperial Armor that I have on.

 

I also downloaded "Girls of Skyrim", and all armor/UNP mods are installed but the girls are just wearing plain armor. And how would I load the "playable" chars?

This has become extremely frustrating. I shouldn't even have to manually load armor, as I have found out.

 

I reinstalled Skyrim to vanilla, downloaded the following mod: http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/13004#content (which is a vanilla armor remap)

 

It is selected in "Data Files" under the launcher, yet the armor remains unchanged in game.

 

Any idea?

According to the description page, the armors are craftable at the forge. If you want to replace vanilla armor, you need to dl and install an additional file, Substitution with the Vanilla equipment 3_4, located in the Optional Files section.
