I can't give anything to companion except ammo, I can take their equipment and make them use stuff in their inventory, but can't even give them back what I took, when i close it, there's message: "(name of companion) can't carry any more". Can't even give them items that are weightless, Menage equipment is ticked.

Did you enable the setting in both the MCM "Optional" tab as well as the main mod "Companion Settings" menu?

Have you checked whether you have a "key binding" for another plugin that conflicts with the default controls of JIP CC&C?

Also note that the description on that mod has not been updated since 2017, but the underlying "JIP LN NVSE" has continued to be updated and now requires a later version of xNVSE (5.1.6) and the C++ Runtime Library linked from that page.

So, does that mean you consider the issue "solved", or that it arises from some unknown "mod conflict"? If the latter, recommend you install and TEST mods to your "new game" one at a time.

If you still have problems, Please provide ALL the information requested in the wiki "How to ask for help" article. Don't forget to identify things that do not appear in the "load order", such as the version of Windows, if you are using a "Steam" or "GOG" and/or "regional language version" of the game (even if you are playing it in English); using the FNV4GB Patch, NVSE and it's related plugins; replacements for textures (specifically their larger image sizes: 1024x1024, etc.), animations, or "bodies", etc.; and "post-processors" like ENB or SweetFX. It saves us playing "20 questions" and gets you a more specific answer more quickly. (The usual turn-around on post and reply in an older game forum is 24 hours.) Screenshots of the "load order" don't usually work so well because they tend to cut off or fail to display needed information and are hard to "piece together" into a complete and coherent picture.

* See "How to markup images (etc) in forum posts and comments" article for how to use "Spoiler tags". "LOOT" already includes those tags in the "load order" it copies to your clipboard, so you can just paste it's list into your post.
