XBOX360 Modded SAVE troubles (HELP PLEASE!)

Hello guys, so ive been making an xbox360 modded save, on my PC version of skyrim, as i have bought both of them. (xbox,pc) And i really need HELP on this one thing.

Can ANYONE tell me, HOW to (if possible) Create custom npcs, or lets say, just npc copies. (player.placeatme.) and Rename them, to be more unique, D: ? I mean, so after the npc has been renamed, and all that. and i transfer my pc save to my xbox. i want HIS new NAME to stay, basiclly. i want the Change of his name. to STAY in the savefile.. is there some sort of mod to do this or.. anything, If you know PLEASE HELP, Please note : I alerady seen this being done. in a "Dremora Lord Save for XBOX360 by Scottish Urban" If you watch the video you will see what i mean.


Another thing If you can. The save by Scottish urban i mentioned below, also has CUSTOM Mapping (buildings) placed in the save, i want to know is it possible for me to place my own buildings in my pc save. and when the save is transfered/converted to an xbox360 save, i want the buildings to still be there. NOTE: i have tried POCKETBUILDER mod.. :/ no succes.

 

again i really appreciate if/for any kind of support , and please excuse me if this was the wrong place to put this in. as i don't think i saw any other sections.. :/
