Creation Kit: Several Error Messages when load mods and scripts

I'm never been able to use properly Creation Kit.
Every time I try to load ANY mod, I have several error messages. I have these messages with ALL mods:

The first, in the beginning when I load ANY mod, this.

And after these two: this and this.

Then, there are also some messages that I have only with some mods, like this with Realistic Needs and Diseases.

Again with Realistic Needs and Diseases, I have this error message when I try to open the properties of a script. Seems that the script file is missing, but it's in the script folder of BSA, and I've also extract it in Data/Scripts folder of Skyrim, but the error remain.

How can I resolve these problems? I have Win7 x64 and Steam keep updated Skyrim and CK, so I've latest versions.

You will normally get a certain amount of errors when opening anything in CK - just load up Skyrim.esm by itself and you'll see what I mean. For these errors, simply ignore them and select yes to all. I normally get 2 errors when loading my mod up, and then at least two or three more when I load an environment up in the render window.

As for the RNaD mod error, I'm unsure what's going on there. Have you added the BSA into the SkyrimEditor.ini file under Resource Archive List 2? Perhaps that might help it along?
