Help please

I did a reformat a couple days ago since I bought a bunch of upgrades for my computer and now I want to make this game the best eye candy possible.

 

I'm downloading a mod called Qarls Texture Pack 3 which looks it should be great. Though I'm wondering if there is anything better if someone could recommend any.

Check out this page (http://devnull.devakm.googlepages.com/) under the texture overhaul section to find out more information on mods you can use to improve the look. Note that some of them will give you a hit on your fps unless you have a high end video card.
