Quick Question About Vampiric Eyes

A simple question for you tonight:

What are vampire eyes in Dawnguard suppose to look like? Right now they glow yellow, the ENTIRE eye, iris and white part all. I'm trying to figure out if this is a bug, a feature, a mod, or something else. I don't remember ever installing a mod that causes the entire eye to glow, I even looked up a few mods on the Nexus to make sure I didn't install them.

Thanks. I know that this is a stupid question.

I don't know if "glow" is the right term or not, and I hadn't thought of checking to see if there is one.. However, yes they do stand out a lot more than the vanilla skyrim vampire eyes. Like, for example, standing in a nearly pitch black room with the camera panned close enough there is a righteously kick ass considerable difference. The color should be different as well if I recall. I haven't played in a while actually due to modding. Please note, however, I am playing with patch. (although I'm pretty sure that was only to fix quests, not modify any characters aside from Esbern) Edited by xD3c0yx

So the uploaded pic greatly reduced the quality (or at least from what I see on mobile), but if you zoom in you can see that the yellow tint stands out even in a darkened place. There is either a slight glow effect, or in the texture they added a white filter to it which causes objects to be shinier in game.

If you want to reduce the yellow glare, so that the eyes are the same color but still look like eyes in skyrim and the other games.. Open up the dds. Add a new layer and fill it with a dark grey color. Set the layer to overlay or color mode and adjust the opacity to your liking. Put in in your data and load it. That should fix all dawnguard style vamp eyes to look like regular vamp eyes but keep their color.
