As well as when you go there it ONLY let's you change your hair and to go there again you must wait until your hair has grown out again. It will only let you choose from those haircuts that matches how long hair you have. Also, to get your hair dyed you may buy a potion said "Troll blood hair dyer" or something like that or let a mage do it with magic for you. Using the potion will dye your hair red, but this was just an example. What would be EVEN better would be to make an actual barber shop. Where you sit down, see the barber stand behind you (an animation may be a bit too hard though) you may ask, how do you see yourself? Not in third person my friend! It's a mirror! Now this would be one of the best skyrim mods ever. But please, make a proper barber where your hair grows and maybe the dyer. That would be enough for me.
