But did you check if direct skill levelling works normally? From what I heard around that is supposed to work with jail skill lowering, but it's curious if it works with that other way. Do you mean training by doing? I was going to mention that I had put in a mod called "must train" that made you dependent on trainers, so I never thought of the training by doing..
