Modernized Textures Idea/Request.

I started Modding Oblivion because I was a FO3 player who learned that Oblivion was the same. I started playing and its alot alike and really cool too. Oblivion is my new favorite game, and I've found tons of mods I like and even made a few of my own, like turning one of the boats in the imperial city into my house hehe. But then I found one add-on that was so amazing. It was called ColourWheel's Sexy Dance Club. ( http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=21520 )

 

Okay. This made me really think, are there any mods that will allow me to give all the NPC's more modern clothing? Shirts, Jeans, Khaki etc.? Are there any wepon mods to change things like bows into guns and arrows into bullets? If I knew anything about skins/meshes I'd say it doesn't seem hard to retexture or whatever those and it'd be kinda cool.

 

Also, are there any mods that give modern-like furniture for building homes? I'd love to build a normal (and less adult oriented) player home mod, but I need to find the uhm.. Textures?

 

Well if anyone knows of any mods similar to those I mentioned please let me know :)

The mods to do what you want are out there, but are not very popular. One was a beta called Duke City.

There are several that put more modern clothing into the game. and a few that put in firearms, but the game animations make them awkward. Try searching with keywords like 'blue jeans', 'Tee Shirt', 'couch', 'coffee table', rifle, M16, AK47 and other words that you can come up with.
