Strange Textures after installing NMC Texture Pack

Solved Now

I recently bought fallout 3 GOTY from steam. It played fine after installing a few mods. However I then downloaded the NMC Texture pack performance version and installed it through nexus mod manager using a tutorial made by Gophers. I archive invalidated it with ArchiveInvalidation Invalidated and my game loads some strange textures. The floor can be a purple kind of colour and objects in the wasteland change textures and can be blacked out. I've also tried disabling other mods but am still having this problem.

All my other mods work apart from this texture pack and I can't seem to find a fix on Google. My laptop has integrated graphics and a dedicated Nvidia card but I don't think this is the problem.

My Laptop specs are:

i7 2670QM @2.00ghz with turbo boost up to 3.00ghz

6GB DDR3

3GB Nvidia Geforce GT555

Here are some pictures as sometimes pictures explain things better than words

SkaterOllie795 - Hello!

Boy those faces in the ground in that last picture are creepy. :)

You say you're using ArchiveInvalidation Invalidated & Nexus Mod Manager (NMM), you're not using NMM's built in Archive Invalidation as well are you?

Using both forms of Archive Invalidation at once can cancel each other out.

Use one or the other.

If you are using just one & still have the problem, turn off ArchiveInvalidation Invalidated & turn on NMM's archive invalidation instead. I've seen some people have trouble with one but be fine with the other.

If still no joy, make sure your NMC textures are ending up placed in your Data folder properly.

Also make sure you have both archives of the NMC textures as most are multi part.

Double check your archive program is unpacking them completely as some archive programs can be funny with split archives.

Hope this helps!

Thanks for your help. In the end both Archive Invalidation methods were on so I redownloaded the files and just installed the pack normally merging it with the pre-existing Data folder. I went in game and found that the textures looked perfect everywhere so I think something may have just gone wrong unziping and then ziping back up the files.

Thanks for your help
