phoenixdemon
I don't know were to ask bekause i't a technical and Troubleshooting question anyway... I started to work on a new body mod starting from UNPB body:1. In femalebody_1.nif i exported the .obj file with nifskope and modified the body meshes with Zbrush (and the UV map were working)2. then in Nifskope i removed NiTriShapeData and clicking on NiTriShape i import the model (.obj) made by me in Zbrush. the problem is that after the importing the UV maps disappeared and the texture in game don't load.nifscope importer of .obj don't take UV maps with this waySome one know what to do ? Belial666
Just make sure all the textures are pointing to the right place in nifskope. If you can see texture in nifskope, then you should see it ingame.I don't paly with it much, but could be the problem,if it's not seeing textures. phoenixdemon
I also tryed to import at the place of NiTriShapeData the same .obj that i just exported and the result is the same. the UV edit say that "Could not load texture data for UV editor."Maybe i forget some steps in nifskope? saw also that after importing an .obj clicking on the obj that now is NiTriShapeData, the selected line (watch attached file) that are the UV cordinates disappear.how can put these again in my NiTriShapeData? Belial666
I tihnk you need to find BSShaderTextureSet under BSLightingShaderProperty which is under NiTriShape. That's where the textures are set at as far as I know.Like I said,I don't mess with it much, but it's what I edit when changing things. phoenixdemon
i solved the problem---you must override the NiTriShape with the new obj because if you remove it before the importing the orther of files changes.now and i have an other question what is this warning in nifskope: failed to open "C:/Users/casa/Desktop/IN THE END/obj" material "defaultMat" not found in mtllib and the meshes become black Edited February 22, 2013 by phoenixdemon
Belial666
You need to probaly add texture in your 3D program to the model, before exporting obj file,so it makes a material file.I ususally jsut do texture changes with hifskope, not models.Probably shoujld check or askin hifskope forum, proably get better and faster help.
