Wyrebash shows no broken mods but I still freeze randomly

I used the "Mod Checker feature" after using tes4edit to clean some dirty files, and Wyrebash told me my mods are all clean afterwards... But about three hours or so into a new save, I experienced a screen freeze, that required me to restart my PC in order to use it. This happened when I had dirty edits. What could possibly be wrong?? My PC can easily handle the game. I always freeze in random spots.

Realistic lighting overhaul is not compatible with CoT (climates of tamriel). Check the list after running BOSS (Nexus): it tells you exactly which mod needs cleaning, which one is not compatible with another one, rearanges your load order and gives hints to many plugins as e.g. needing a patch or disable another plugin... This is as much as comes to my mind now. But I get freezing too around Riverwood... Regards

RLO is compatible with CoT. You have to load the mods in this way:

The dungeon.esp file of RLO I would personally untick though, seems atm not useful.

warzones, skytest seem to create ctds for some users.

enhanced whiterun isnt supported anymore, last update is like 1 year ago.
