Invisible Falmer

I been trying to figure out which mod added this feature, but I'm having a hard time finding out which. I've noticed that all falmer are using perma invisibility skill. They come out of it when you hit them a couple of times, but otherwise they are invisible. Unless I'm using detect life or just bump into one of them I can't usually see them. Not really a huge problem, but would love to know which mod added this. I'm putting a list of my load order and see if anyone knows which mod is the one adding this.
