LE More Dunmer Skintones for the Creation Screen?

I've noticed that a few Dunmer NPCs in the game have skintones that are not present in the creation screen. Those I have seen are that of Romlyn Dreth, who appears to have a greenish skintone.

Then there are the Sarethi sisters, with skin borderline black.

Female Dunmer bandits appear to have the same skintone, or at least something similar.

If I'm missing any more Dunmer with unique skintones, let me know. What I'm asking is if it would be possible to make these NPC Dunmer skintones applicable in the creation screen, as they do not appear in it.
