Resident Evil 4 "Stranger" Merchant

I know it's a lot to ask and probably a pain in the a- I mean neck to do, but I would love it if someone could either A. Add the RE4 merchant to the game as a caravan kind of trader or B. Replace Lucky Harith with him if it's too hard to add another caravan trader. I could provide some things (like the voice clips) because I have the game for PS2. But that's about all I have. I can't make meshes or textures or any of that stuff at all. It should be easier than before, though, thanks to the G.E.C.K.
