Uvirith's Legacy Mod script compiling problem

I try to use Uvirith's Legacy Mod for Rebirth with Morrowind GOTY that has localization other than english.

So i had to replace cell names inside the mod .esp with theirs equivalents from my localization of Morrowind. I had to replace the cell names in scripts too.

All scripts except one compiled successfully. This one script is Uvi_Open_Frisco and it gives me all the time an error "..function reference object uvi_v_moving_fresco not found".

It happens only in TES Construction Set. It works if try to compile it using MWEdit, but the game does not recognize it as compiled and crashes with the same errors as this which gives me TES Construction Set. The object uvi_v_moving_fresco exists and its static.

Where is the problem? Why the same script comiles successfuly using MWEdit, but TES Construction Set throws errors?
