SourceFroob
To begin with, I want to say I really like T-51 power armor. It's sleek, it's stylish, and it's really powerful. It is hands down my favorite power armor in the series. Advanced Power Armor doesn't even come close. Today, I have a request that shouldn't be too difficult for most of the modding chads on this forum to tackle. I am a really, really OCD person. I am rarely content with minor modeling mistakes in games, I am indeed a schizo who gets irritated over minute mistakes. Basically, the T-51 in New Vegas has a problem that was carried over from FO3. There is a section of plating around the pelvis which is a one sided texture. Now, this wouldn't be that bad, if we were using fallout 3's animations. The way the characters who use heavy weapons and weapons in general makes it very difficult to see this missing texture. With the overhaul in animations in New Vegas, with heavy weapons, you can see this missing texture blatantly. All I am requesting is a simple fix for this problem, just fill in that little section. I like how the armor looks in general, and I don't want to install a complete armor redesign, but that one thing really downgrades it for me. To the point where I barely use the armor ever in favor of T-45 or Remnants. Here is the PROOF. Get redpilled to this catastrophe. It might be difficult to see, but it is REALLY noticeable when moving. Mostly due to the terrain being visible THROUGH the armor. EDIT: Brotherhood T-51 also suffers from this problem.
