Callumite
Hello, I've literally just started modding fallout and have run into an issue. I am trying to repair the roofs/walls of the houses of sanctuary hills and whenever I open the texture files that are 'holey' they don't have any gaps, in the file preview I can clearly see that the gaps are there but when I actually go to edit them in Photoshop they appear to be not 'holey' at all. Anyone have any idea what's happening? Thanks in advance.
Larko84
Delete the alpha map in the channels tab, untick "alpha test" in the material editor where your putting your new texture. Always duplicate the vanilla materials/textures and rename them as your own when saving. Creating an alpha channel will allow you to "paint" out sections of a texture you don't want to see. Painting white to see, black to not....hope that helps. Edited October 23, 2020 by Larko84
