NAS0798
I have had Skyrim on steam for a couple of weeks and it has been working fine I have a little over 100 mods through NMM (is that too much?) and this morning when I started playing Skyrim crashed. At first I thought it was a mod that did it but after a few more attempts and a few more crashes I realized steam was closing too which never happened before when Skyrim crashed. Has anybody else had this problem? The mods I downloaded before this started were SPERG, FXAA, Warzones, Smaller Ice Spike and a few visual mods. Any solutions known? (I just tried it in windowed mode and it had no crashes, I am quite confused) Edited February 22, 2013 by NAS0798
fiewiel
Warzones seem to create ctds for some people. If FXAA is one of the programs which inject code into running games to soften edges, you should carefully read the install instructions. They often use a modfied d3d9.dll which is automatically loaded by skyrim and you need to install/uninstall such programs manually.
