Wet and Cold

 

I really like this mod, it's quite essential, but I can't make it works fine.

 

At beginning the snowy effects, breathing and footprints worked, but snowy effects were from "Get Snowy" and footprints from "Footprints" (I'm not sure about the last one).

I try to reset the mod through the options menu and I disabled and re-enabled the features (because that says in troubleshooting) and EVERYTHING (breathing and footprints) stopped to work.

 

I re installed the mod and delete "get snowy" and now I can't make it work anything, even the breathing and footprints (that before worked). And sometimes the "reset" option don't work and the menu neither.

 

If I install "get snowy", the snowy effects work, but I want the other features of Wet and Cold, of course.

 

 

Load order, just in case. The only ones I don't have now are "torches for realistic lighting" and "get snowy".

You have 2x wetandcold.esp

SoS can kill your savegame

skytest seems to often create ctds

You load getsnowy after wet and cold, so if both mods do similar things getsnowy will override wetandcold.

 

Your main problem are the 2 wetandcold.esp. Uninstall both (use the uninstall procedure on the mod homepage) and make sure by manually checking that they are really gone.

Sorry what you mean with "SoS can kill your savegame"?

 

About the two ".esp", its just I make two screenshots of my load order and I attach them in paint, so as you can see "torches for realistic lighting" is repeated too.

But I only have one "wet and cold.esp", and I already delete "get snowy", before re install "wet and cold" for third time.

It looks like you use NMM. But if you have NMM I have no clue why you wouldnt just export the load order in a text file instead of using paint. Confusing.

No idea why wet and cold wont work. But it shouldnt be too hard to check if there is a mod conflict. Disable (untick, dont uninstall) all the mods which arent needed to load up your save beside wet and cold. Check if wet and cold is working (fw c8221 in console should work).

I just checked and rcrn uses a custom d3d9.dll, so you might want to disable this too for the tests.

Im not using NMM, its just data files screenshot from Skyrim luncher.

 

Ok I will try that, would you recommend me to delete the d3d9.dll? Or just untick RCRN mod?

 

PS: What it means "savegame bloat"?
