Looking for Wyr Jeweler mod

I used to have a mod running on a very old computer with Morrowind on it, and I'm getting into Morrowind and can't seem to find the mod anywhere. It looks like it may have been rolled into Balmora Expansion as part of a compilation of mods, but as I'm running the Illuminated Order I don't think it's compatible with Balmora Expansion.

The mod was called the "Wyr Jeweler," and added a jewelry shop inside Millie Hastien's clothing store in the upper city, near Nalcarya's potion shop.

 

I mainly want this mod because I remember the jewelry sold was pretty great with enchanting values, and I like to use it to make my final "capstone" enchanted items, the ones I make out of the souls of Vivec, Almalexia, and the various Ash Vampires inside the Ghostfence and the Dagoth leaders of the Sixth House bases.

Does anyone know where I might find this mod? If not -- does anyone know of an equivalent mod that adds something similar to the game? This wouldn't need to necessarily be a balanced mod, as I don't make these items for much other than for screwing around and displaying in my houses as relics of the Nerevarine, but maybe someone has a suggestion for something functionally similar if the Wyr Jeweler has been lost to time?

I guess one other option is if there's a way to get Balmora Expansion and the Illuminated Order together, but I doubt it.

It is! Thank you -- it's called "Wyr" in the plugin, and that's what I was remembering, but I should have been searching for Wyrenth. Appreciate the help.
