Lucherenren
That's a... lot of mods, really. I'm rather impressed. Here's my two Septims: duplicates and their ilk should be always weeded out, as soon as another module supersedes them by incorporating the very same resources. Oblivion isn't always a paragon of efficiency in terms of resources and memory handling, which is one of the motives behind projects such as Operation Optimization and Slipstream. Besides, you're doing yourself a favor by making the load order less cluttered. Second, making your own compilations with Tes4Gecko or the CS is a good idea for simpler additions such as most clothing, hair, and even weapons. Unless there's a complex quest module or a somewhat unusual way to acquire the item, at least. You can also merge companions (as shown by modules featuring more than one; even the basic set has multiple... offerings). It's also very useful too keep related mods happy, and development simple: a homebrew hair and eyes compilation saves me a lot of time whenever I want to try some 'dos on a freshly added race.
