G.E.C.K How do you modify Player movement speed?

I've search and searched for the answer to this, but there doesnt seem to be one. I Know theres armor that boosts player movement by 10%, but nobody will say what value they edited. Could somebody please tell me what value or effect I need to modify?

d/l the mod, fire up the GECK, locate the armor, compare it to vanilla, and see what was changed.

You could also use FO3Edit, load the plugin which modifies speed and ofc your pluggy, and look for different colored lines for the conflicts(or just check for the armor if you now the name. I think the general line for pc speed was something like fMoveActorSpeed and the value in vanilla maybe 60? But since I'm not at home to check right now, I cannot confirm that...

Thanks for the replies. The author didnt supply the spawn code and I was lazy. I'll put more effort into locating it
