Fps drops when loading new areas

So, i've been installing some mods for a few days now, i finished on almost 400 mods, cleaned tem all, it looks pretty stable, runs at 55 fps most of the time.

But i am getting some fps drops, mainly when loading new areas, i'd like to know wich mods are the most likely to be causing this, or affecting performance in general, if you could help me i would really appreciate it :)
